The brief

What was needed

Businesses and training institutes need operational records that remain connected to their accounts. Proper Axis needed to support different industries while keeping customer work, supplier costs, learner administration, staff activity and financial reporting within a controlled company workspace.

Our role

What aaliSoft delivered

aaliSoft developed the accounting and operations application, institute administration workflows, company setup and access controls, reporting and public product website. The current scope includes sales and purchasing, banking, stock, projects, assets, People and HR, local tax records and institute admissions through to learner fees, attendance, feedback and certificates. Company-level add-ons cover WhatsApp document sharing, spreadsheet and BI reporting, WooCommerce and Daraz, supported by industry demos and workflow documentation.

Challenges and approach

Keeping operations connected to the ledger

Invoices, supplier bills, receipts, stock activity and learner fees need a consistent accounting trail. Double-entry records, source documents, posting histories and report drill-downs connect summary figures to the work behind them.

Following the learner through a course

Enrollment, participation, fees and completion are separate responsibilities. Linked learner and course records retain awarding-body numbers, attendance, named feedback, external submissions and certificates, while fee invoices and receipts feed the company books.

Handling scheduled and partial payments

One invoice can have several due dates. Payment schedules retain the exact amount due at each stage, with partial receipts and overdue balances kept distinct so collection decisions reflect the remaining obligation.

Connecting external systems with company controls

External sales, marketplace settlements and reporting data need the right company context. Separate connection settings, account mappings, access controls and source references make imported or shared information reviewable.

Showing the product before signup

Different industries need different starting points. The public site combines actual application screenshots with temporary fictional demo companies for visitors to explore relevant records and workflows without an account or payment card.

What it does

Accounting and financial reporting

Double-entry records, banking and reconciliation, budgets, comparative statements, transaction attachments and report drill-downs connect daily activity to the books.

Sales, purchasing and collections

Quotations, invoices, expenses, supplier bills, receipts, statements and reviewed reminders support the commercial cycle. Invoice payment schedules track exact amounts due on several dates and partial receipts.

Institute administration

Learner and awarding-body records, reusable course catalogues, admissions, waitlists, course capacity and readiness checks support training administration.

Attendance, feedback and certificates

Course sessions, attendance registers, named feedback results, learning materials, external submissions and certificate expiry records stay linked to each learner and enrollment.

Stock, projects, assets and people

Warehouses, goods receipts, returns and purchase orders sit alongside project time and billing, fixed assets, depreciation, employee records, leave and attendance.

Connected business tools

Share customer documents through WhatsApp, export CSV or XLSX data, connect reporting datasets to spreadsheet and BI tools, and bring WooCommerce and Daraz activity into accounting review.

Industry setup and company access

Industry-based starter accounts, company roles, business units, reporting tags and tax and withholding records provide a practical starting point for Pakistani companies.

Public product website and demo

Responsive product pages, actual application screenshots, workflow guides and separate fictional industry demos let visitors assess the platform before creating an account.
