What was needed
Service contractors need to turn materials, labour and margins into an accurate quotation, obtain customer approval and carry the accepted scope into the job. Quoveno was built to connect those steps without relying on separate spreadsheets and document templates.

aaliSoft developed the customer and catalogue workspace, trade calculators, cost estimator, proposal packages, branded documents and approval portal. Approved quotations convert into jobs with separate change orders, while reporting tracks the quotation pipeline, approvals and estimated costs. Each business has its own team, records and branding.

Protecting the accepted agreement
Editing a working estimate must not rewrite a quotation already sent to a customer. Immutable sent versions, approvals and separate change orders preserve the commercial record.
